The minister made two major recommendations for the manufacturer

⏩The manufacturer, Boeing, shall review the aircraft’s flight control system relative to the flight controllability

⏩ Aviation Authorities shall verify that the review of aircraft control system related to flight controllability has been adequately addressed by the manufacturer before release of the aircraft to operations.
